Tipsy Results On the 29th January 2012 the UK’s biggest winter series, Leigh & Lowton’s Tipsy Icicle continued with its run of 11 weeks. Fleets consisted of Asymmetric, Handicap, Solos and Lasers. Pennington Flash is on land that was prone to flooding from Hey Brook and Westleigh Brook in an area where there was subsidence from the local coal mines.
