Topper 4.2 National Championships is being run by the Topper Association in association with Leigh & Lowton Sailing Club.

Competitors are welcome to arrive at the club from 5.30pm on Friday 12^th June.  Boats can be unloaded and trailers stored in the main car park; competitors will be shown where they can store their boats for the duration of the event.

CAMPING

Camping and camper vans are permitted and encouraged for the event and there is no charge.  Campers must be parked in the west end of the car park adjacent to the entrance and tents pitched in the camping area to the west of the training building, accessed from the main car park.

ACTIVITIES FOR ALL THE FAMILY

Leigh & Lowton Sailing Club is set in a natural park landscape (Pennington Country Park).  You can walk, cycle or run around the lake with full footpath access.  At the Eastern end of the lake there is a large open kids’ playground with all the usual activities.  The club is 20 minutes from the Trafford Centre (shopping) and ½ hour from Manchester City Cenre; plenty of options for all the family.

Please note that dogs must kept on a lead whenever on the Leigh & Lowton premises, we ask you to respect other users of the facilities and clear up after your dog.

FOOD/SOCIAL

Breakfast will be available on Saturday from approx 9.00am, with lunch served between races.

On Saturday night there will be food available at the club and an open bar.  Tickets for the food will be available upon registration or be offered via on line booking closer to the event.
