LLSC Clean sweep at Junior Travellers

Six members of Team Etech shown on the photo at the Optimist Inlands were recognisable as LLSC juniors. Cool pose Archie. Not quite as cool as the subsequent bullet he claimed in the 200+ fleet though.

Just to prove that our lake trained sailors can ‘do it on the sea’ we took a record number of boats including 10 Optimists to West Kirby in the 3 fleets of the junior travellers. Great course set on the Dee estuary in a North Westerly 2 to 3.  LLSC where dominant with overall wins in all 3 fleets by Haydn Griffiths (Youth on a skateboard laser), Matt Leckie (Junior ironing board topper) and Archie Leckie (Who climbed into his bathtub optimist.)
