An early start to the season for our junior members in showing top form once again

The Brass Monkey event was posponed at Christmas time and re run at York Dales SC on Saturday.
Congratulations to Oliver Blackburn who threaded his Topper through the 82 strong handicap fleet to finish a fantastic 2nd overall. A pesky 49er pipped him to the post.

A two race event in medium winds was just the ticket for Olly, who is actually a Whte Rose lad but wares his Red Rose just for LLSC. Lancashire Lass Steph Wingate finish well in 19th in her Topper with Haydn Griffiths in 22nd who still trying to master the Laser Radial. John Wingate was our only youth entry with a very credible 24th in his Laser. Great to see them out having a blast hope to see great results from the rest of the juniors for the coming year.
