LLSC Junior Winter Regatta
The LLSC Junior Winter Regatta on 3rd January attracted 44 entries to Pennington Flash. The galley was bustling from 9.00 clock with travellers arriving as far away from Bowmoor, Windemere and Brennig for this annual event. The first race was started from the committee boat on time at 11.00am by OOD Richard Catchpole in a very light NE wind. A great lunch was served by the galley and racing was resumed at 2.00pm when the forecasted wind of F1-2 Westerly arrived giving good and close racing for the second race.
